Shipping policy

Goods will be sent via NZ Post with basic tracking.

Full tracking is an additional cost to the customer. Please contact us prior to submitting your order if you want full tracking so we can advise the additional cost.

We will upload the tracking information for your order into Shopify. You can track the progress of your order through this.

For domestic parcels, we request that you liaise with NZ Post for delivery issues before contacting us.

For international parcels basic tracking only advises the date the parcel was received into your own country's postal service.
