For a soothing, relaxing experience, luxuriate in a tub perfumed by a sweet diffusion of lavender vapours. The use of mineral and Epsom salts may relieve tension and speed up the healing of cuts, abrasions, scars or sore skin.
When the bath is full of warm water pour the salts-about one tablespoon-in, and disperse. Soak the body for 10 minutes. Towel-dry and massage the body with an aromatic oil; Lavender and Almond, Lavendyl bath oil, or lavender massage oil is recommended.
