For a soothing, relaxing experience, luxuriate in a tub perfumed by a sweet diffusion of lavender vapours. Use of epsom salt can relieve tension and speed up the healing of cuts, abrasions, scars or sore skin while the milk is moisturising.
When the bath is full of warm water pour the milk-about one tablespoon-in, and disperse. Soak the body for 10 minutes. Towel-dry and massage the body with an aromatic oil; Lavender and Almond, Lavendyl bath oil or lavender massage oil is recommended.
